Location: Santa Maria, CA
Start Date: 06-19-2026
End Date: 09-18-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible, with some weekend work every 3rd weekend)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting
- Work with a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal injuries
- Complete Oasis forms as required
- Participate in floor-specific orientation and training
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license
- At least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in a home health setting
- Experience with Oasis (government-mandated form)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy techniques and best practices
- Oasis form completion
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
