Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic recovery

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
Ability to adapt to different patient needs and conditions
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Team player with a positive attitude and patient-focused mindset
