Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
• Verify insurance information and collect copays accurately
• Maintain patient confidentiality and organize medical records
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth visit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous healthcare administrative experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with electronic health records and scheduling software
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
