Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Shift 2, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 30-minute meal break

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work evenings and adapt to changing patient needs

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent assessment and critical-thinking abilities
Empathetic and patient-centered approach
