Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Varies - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shifts available, with flexibility to pick up additional days

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents in a rehabilitation setting
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Support residents' mobility and rehabilitation goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
