Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Afternoon/Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (per diem, flexible scheduling available)

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Help with mobility and transferring residents safely
Provide compassionate care and companionship to elderly patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active GNA certification in Maryland
CPR certification preferred but not required
Ability to lift and transfer patients
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles
Skill in using patient lifts and transfer equipment
Understanding of infection control practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
