Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in fast-paced emergency situations
- Assess and triage urgent cases with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to save lives
- Administer life-saving treatments and monitor patient progress
- Advocate for patients during their most vulnerable moments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TNCC or CEN certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent ER experience
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and rapid assessment
- Proficiency with life-support equipment and procedures
- Strong decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication with patients and teams
