Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to students and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with nurses, teachers, and families
• Respond to emergencies with calm and professionalism

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR) certification preferred
• Experience in school health, pediatrics, or long-term care is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
