Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis to maintain patient oral health
Assess patients' oral health conditions and document findings
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Assist dentist during procedures and treatments
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygiene license in Wisconsin required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene preferred
Current CPR certification
Experience with dental software and digital x-rays a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
Patient care and chairside manner
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Infection control and safety protocols
