Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and provide patient education on oral hygiene
Assist with periodontal treatments and scaling procedures
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Ensure sterilization of instruments and compliance with infection control standards

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygiene license in Maryland
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
CPR certification (BLS)
Experience preferred but not required; new graduates welcome

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and radiography
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
