Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis
Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
Assist with periodontal maintenance and scaling procedures

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
Current CPR certification required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Knowledge of oral health assessment techniques
Experience with digital x-ray systems is a plus
Understanding of infection control protocols
Excellent patient education skills
