Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to work flexible and as-needed shifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Skill in using blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, and other medical equipment
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to lift and transfer patients
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Effective teamwork and collaboration
