Shift Type: 8 hr shifts with variable start times, manager makes out schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies
Ensure efficient and safe operation of the OR environment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

2 years of OR experience required
BLS certification required
IAHCSMM certification for Sterile Processing Techs
Experience with Cerner Surginet EMR system

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in surgical technology or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical technology skills
Sterile processing and handling of equipment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
