Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans to help patients reach their communication goals
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support ongoing progress
Qualifications
- Current SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Swallowing evaluation and therapy techniques
- Patient documentation and progress tracking
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
