Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert speech therapy services to adult acute care patients
- Support premature infants in the NICU with feeding and swallowing needs
- Conduct modified video swallow studies to assess patient safety
- Develop individualized treatment plans for 9-10 patients daily
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathology license in California
- Experience performing modified video swallow studies
- Comfort working with both adult acute care and NICU populations
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Speech Therapy expertise in acute care settings
- NICU feeding and swallowing support
- Modified video swallow study proficiency
