Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varies, typically 8 hours, sometimes Wed-Sun or Thur-Mon, start time varies

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Conduct bedside swallow studies and video swallowing studies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize Cerner Powerchart for electronic medical records

Qualifications

Current CCC-SLP certification
BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology
Experience with bedside swallow studies and video swallowing studies preferred
Travel experience preferred

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in speech-language pathology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Cerner Powerchart
