Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and respiratory support for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver compassionate care in a strong level 2 nursery, confidently managing bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, and nebulizer treatments with precision
Stand by for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures to ensure patient safety
Assist with intubations and collaborate closely with a 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery competency
Ventilator skills and ability to manage bubble CPAP for neonates

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
BiPAP setup using Respironics Lumis
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Team collaboration with lead therapist on every shift
