Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across all patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
Deliver specialized NICU respiratory support in a Level II trauma facility
Manage advanced ventilator equipment including PB 980, Hamilton C1, and Airvo systems
Collaborate closely with physicians while making independent clinical decisions
Cover all hospital areas including ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Build meaningful relationships with a respected and friendly interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Proven NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ventilator management skills across multiple platforms
Excellent critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
Comfort working with neonatal through geriatric populations
Collaborative approach with physicians and healthcare teams
Adaptability across inpatient, ER, and specialty care settings
