Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a high-flow Progressive Care Unit
Interpret telemetry and titrate drips including Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin
Collaborate with a dynamic team to manage frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
Float to Med/Surg, ICU, and ED as needed to deliver excellent patient care
Support patients through mixed medical, surgical, cardiac, and stroke diagnoses

Qualifications

Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
Valid driver's license to confirm 50-mile radius eligibility
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Willingness to follow unit policies including no artificial nails in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Safe titration of IV medications
Code cart and emergency equipment operation
Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
Patient education and discharge planning
