Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms and titrate drips to keep patients stable and comfortable
Provide continuous EEG monitoring for adults and geriatric patients with complex needs
Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to deliver exceptional care across a 35-bed unit
Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed while maintaining top-notch clinical standards
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent PCU or telemetry experience preferred
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and drip titration expertise
Continuous EEG monitoring experience
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills
