Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
- Interpret telemetry readings and respond quickly to cardiac changes
- Titrate drips such as Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin to keep patients stable
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses, aides, and support staff
- Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED when your skills match patient needs
- Support frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts plus weekends
- Valid driver's license to confirm 50-mile radius compliance
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Safe titration of Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin drips
- Comfort with mixed medical-surgical and stroke patient populations
- Team-first mindset in a high-flow unit environment
- Flexibility to float across hospital departments as needed
