Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate cardiac monitoring and drip titration for adult and geriatric patients
Monitor continuous EEG and respond quickly to neurological changes
Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional care on a fast-paced PCU floor
Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed to support patient care across the facility
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex diagnoses including cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetes cases

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent PCU or telemetry experience preferred
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and drip titration expertise
EEG monitoring experience
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Critical thinking and quick decision-making
Positive attitude and willingness to help others
