Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients with mixed medical, surgical, cardiac, and stroke needs
Titrate drips including Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin to support patient recovery
Interpret telemetry readings and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses, aides, and support staff to deliver excellent outcomes
Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED units when needed, expanding your clinical skills
Manage frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work weekends and rotate holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
IV drip titration and medication management
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Team collaboration and communication
Adaptability across multiple hospital units
