Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
- Manage titratable drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Interpret telemetry and respond promptly to patient needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed while maintaining PCU-level care standards
- Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency in managing arterial lines
- Strong telemetry interpretation skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
- Arterial line management
- Patient assessment and critical thinking
- Team collaboration and adaptability
- Cultural sensitivity with diverse patient populations
