Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
Support cardiovascular procedures including CABGs, TCARS, and Carotids
Assist with complex neuro cases such as Craniotomies and TLIFs
Handle orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements
Utilize DaVinci and Mako robotic systems for minimally invasive procedures
Precept and mentor new team members as needed
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Strong robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
Proven ability to circulate CABGs and Craniotomies
Excellent references and reliability

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery cases
Comfortable with DaVinci robot for urology, general, and CV procedures
Skilled in Mako robot for orthopedic cases
Ability to handle trauma, open belly, and emergency cases
Strong communication and precepting abilities
