Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float Pool
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients across MS-Tele and specialty units
- Float throughout Zone 1 facilities, adapting quickly to Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation units
- Titrate Heparin drips and monitor patients with varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with designated Charge Nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Support patients recovering from cardiac events, neuro conditions, orthopedic surgeries, and general medicine needs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various units and patient populations
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across multiple specialties
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, neuro assessments, and post-surgical care
- Comfortable floating between ICU holds, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele units
- Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic float pool environments
