Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse and lead the care team with confidence
- Administer medications safely and compassionately to residents
- Provide expert wound care that promotes healing and comfort
- Build meaningful relationships with residents living with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable working independently as the charge nurse
- Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
- Familiar with Matrix EMR documentation
- Able to provide warm, resident-centered care in a 26-bed facility
