Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse, leading the care team with confidence and compassion
- Administer medications accurately and monitor residents closely for any changes
- Provide skilled wound care that promotes healing and comfort
- Coordinate with physicians by phone after hours to ensure seamless resident support
- Collaborate with PT and social work designees to create holistic care plans
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Heart disease, diabetes, and dementia care expertise
- Matrix EMR proficiency
- Wound care and medication administration
- Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
- Clear, professional communication with residents and families
