Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
Build a positive nursing culture while enhancing team competencies
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation for cardiac and vascular cases
Titrate vasoactive drips and manage complex critical care patients
Mentor staff and foster professional growth across both units
Coordinate pre-procedure preparation and recovery care with compassion
Monitor telemetry and interpret strips to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
CRRT competency and Fluoro license preferred
Critical care and telemetry experience essential
Strong leadership skills with a passion for building team culture

Knowledge & Skills

Critical Care and Telemetry monitoring
Vasoactive drip management and titration
Moderate sedation administration
Cardiac, vascular, and EP procedures
ICU patient care including vents and respiratory support
Building positive nursing culture and enhancing competencies
