Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, and update patient therapeutic status
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans
Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic appliances and exercises
Report patient progress and changes to physicians
Supervise and train other personnel in physical therapy

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute, home care, or rehab setting
BLS certification required
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
Home Health and rehabilitation principles
Patient assessment and evaluation
Communication and interpersonal skills
