Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day focusing on orthopedic and varied diagnoses
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide coverage support to acute inpatient therapy when needed
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a welcoming athletic-club setting

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy outpatient schedule of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient therapy when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Comfort working independently within a collaborative team
