Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans for developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
- Occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations when needed
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families in a welcoming community setting
Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT license required
- BLS certification
- Some pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy techniques
- Treatment of developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
- Patient evaluation and individualized care planning
- Documentation and time management
- Warm water therapy pool utilization
