Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy treatments with 45-minute one-on-one sessions
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage a diverse caseload of mostly orthopedic patients in a community setting
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to optimize patient outcomes
Build lasting relationships with patients while providing exceptional care
Contribute to a positive team environment that has successfully transitioned clinicians to full-time roles

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or Compact license required
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedics
Experience providing one-on-one patient care
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy expertise
Ability to manage diverse patient populations in a community setting
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Collaborative approach to working with PTAs and support staff
Patient-centered care philosophy
