Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
Manage and document patient care effectively

Qualifications

Current CO PT License or Compact
BLS AHA certification
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation
Strong clinical skills in physical therapy

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy
