Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with nursing staff and therapy team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Precept students or new staff as needed to support department growth
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them regain strength and mobility

Qualifications

Current Texas state and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Strong commitment to showing up and being reliable for your patients and team

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise across multiple care settings
Ability to treat fractures, sports injuries, neuro conditions, and wound care
Comfort working with a mix of acute, skilled, and outpatient patients
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexibility to support the team and step in where needed
