Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, on call as required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons across Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gynecology procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for robotic-assisted surgeries
Collaborate with the OR team to ensure smooth case flow and patient safety
Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision and care
Respond to on-call needs to support urgent surgical cases

Qualifications

Active state license as required
BLS/BCLS certification
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Hands-on experience in Ortho, Neuro, Robots, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gynecology cases

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Familiarity with robotic systems and multiple surgical specialties
Ability to stay calm and focused during on-call situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
