Shift Type: Block scheduling with flexibility, every other weekend required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
- Facilitate early mobilization for acute care patients
- Assess mobility status and determine safe discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across ICU, medical, and surgical units
- Support patients recovering from strokes, neuropathy, and general weakness
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced acute care settings
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Acute inpatient occupational therapy expertise
- Experience with ICU, medical, and surgical patient populations
- Proficiency in early mobilization techniques
- Discharge planning and safety assessment capabilities
