Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $228 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert inpatient neurology care to approximately 20 patients daily
Perform essential procedures including lumbar punctures and thrombolytic therapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level II trauma hospital setting
Utilize Epic EMR to document and coordinate high-quality patient care
Deliver compassionate neurology expertise during scheduled coverage periods

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Active South Carolina medical license and DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Clean professional background with no exceptions
Willingness to complete a Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days of presentation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong neurology clinical expertise
Proficiency with lumbar puncture and thrombolytic therapy procedures
Comfortable working independently in a hospital-based inpatient setting
Experience with Epic EMR documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
