Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM and Saturday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, with 1 hour response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans on the Siemens Avanto 1.5T system
Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining safety standards
Precept new team members when the unit needs your expertise
Collaborate with healthcare professionals across both Bryan and College Station campuses
Maintain equipment and ensure accurate documentation of all procedures

Qualifications

Active Texas state license required
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
MRI certification and strong technical skills
Ability to respond within 1 hour during call rotation
Flexibility to float between two nearby facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI imaging techniques and protocols
Strong attention to detail and patient safety
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently during call shifts
Comfortable with an average of 18 scans per day
