Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients in a welcoming facility
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and independence
Document patient progress accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Travel nursing experience preferred but enthusiastic new travelers welcome
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
