Roles & Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to subordinate nursing staff
Deliver safe and professional care to patients
Promote patients' comfort and quality of life
Practice Heritage Place's 'Choices Philosophy of Care'
Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing
LPN licensure in Alaska
1 year of experience in long-term care (preferred)
BLSP (CPR) certification

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing care and patient assessment
Leadership and team management
Communication and interpersonal skills
Safety protocols and infection control
